Honestly I don't remember, I tried to make a note of it, but my orientation could be wrong since I had to flip the board over to take notice of the capacitor, but it could possibly be the one closest to the heat sink as that's the largest heat generator in the entire instrument. I basically re-flowed every single solder point on that board (there aren't that many, so it won't take too long). I also re-flowed every solder point on the other power board (the one on the far right of the unit, where the AC mains go into) for good measure.
