Korg DDD-1 samples issue

Post by die monster die » Wed Nov 15, 2006 9:11 pm

well,
i found an old korg DDD-1 digital drum machine under the dust at my friend's music store.
i cleaned it, i had some sounds by pressing the keys, couldnt program, and it was not workin all the time....

then i changed all the capacitors and all the batteries, and it's now workin fine... but i can't have any sounds at all...
as if it was gone, with the batteries....what scares me a bit....

does anyone know what happened?
how does the rom/ram cards work?
if samples are gone... can i put some others instead? using midi or rom/ram card?

i can hardly get somemanuals or tips about that machine.

can anyone help?
