PolyEvolver rack... New but dead!!!

So I purchased a Polyevolver rack finally..

It got shipped to my house. I opened her up, set her up etc.. All good.

Turned it on - Nothing....
Turned it on a second time - Great. It turned on. Dave Smith Instruments showed in the display. Then it went on to the first bank.. Played it for about 30min.. All good!!

Then I go to play it again after being out for the weekend..
Turn it on - Nothing. Just a blank screen
Turn it on - Wait - Still nothing.
Ive tried about 15 times now..

Every time I turn it on different LEDS will light. Sometimes All the voice leds, and the program led will light... Then Voice 1 and edit.. You get the idea..

Its late and I cant call the distributor... Any ideas?
Is it a dead battery?
Are the voices OK?

Help!!!!

ps. I bought it from a shop in Melbourne. I live in Sydney..
I will give them a call tomorrow.

Seems like a flaky power supply. If it's still under warranty, do not open it. Wait to reach the distributor.

Take a deep breath, be calm, and contact Dave Smith directly thru email. Best synth customer service on the planet. If it's something managable that U can do, Dave will happily give U guidance, if not, chances are that he'll replace it!

U didnt say as to whether it is new...

I believe this problem has been fixed thanks to DSI customer service, was a voice board not seated correctly IIRC.
