Hello,
I recently bought a CS-5 which I think is great but every patch I make there is a swooping sound, how can I make the synth stop it?

Thanks,

1. set portamento to 0; try tweaking this and listen

2. set filter EG depth to 0; try tweaking this and listen

If the prior suggestions don't work, make a mp3 of the "swoop" and post it.

Is it a pitch swoop or a filter cutoff swoop?

I changed the EG depth and LFO and the swoop has stopped, thanks for the help.

Or in Engrish, "Funky Wah" :D

Kind of like the Peter Frampton song, "Doobie Wah"... Tho I don't recall any swooping on that song.
