Polymoog keyboard - power cord?

Post by dmargaret » Sun Aug 10, 2008 5:11 pm

I just found a Polymoog keyboard in someone's garbage (!). It's missing the power cord though...looks like the standard 3-pronged male input that say a computer tower has on the back for it's power source. Anybody know if a standard power cord would be fine?

That'll work. Don't get your hopes up though. I've been trying to get a Polymoog Synthesizer working and it has problems on top of problems. Keep us updated.

I plugged 'er in...no sound...she lights up and the display works, but she doesn't play.

I'm going to get her fixed. h**l, it was free, I don't mind paying for a repair. I'm excited to hear this synth.

Ha...believe me, I feel very lucky. I've had some bad luck the past couple of years...maybe this is payback.

Congrat! This is quite a find.

If this is your payback for your bad luck, with all the stuff that happened to me I kinda expect to get the nude babes with the thousand dollar bills!... or a repairshop made by the gang of Extreme Makeover
