Polymoog-master tuning trim pot?

Post by rjd2 » Mon Sep 08, 2008 2:18 pm

hi folks, got a polymoog here that the PSU voltages have been trimmed correctly, yet the master tuning is about 3 or 4 half steps off, way more than i can adjust with the front panel tune pot. can anyone tell me which internal pot is a master tune offset pot?

the service manual i have is only schematics, and the user manual doesnt describe calibration. or if anyone has a link to the calibration procedure anywhere, im sure that would include it. thanks for any help.

I managed to snag the 175 MB pdf but I don't think it's posted anywhere right now. It is 297 pages...and not even complete.

On top left board
Osc 1 Range: R51
Osc 1 Scale: R54
Osc 2 Range: R76
Osc 2 Scale: R80

Nearest trim pot (grey and metal) to S74 is R76. Then R80 (blue and white), R51 (grey and metal) and R54 (blue and white) as you move towards the power supply. Good luck.
