P Lion's synth?

Post by Blueberry » Thu Dec 25, 2008 11:44 am

Hey everyone, i have two questions for you.

I've been searching my you know what off lately, to find out which synth P Lion used
in his songs Dream, and Happy Children. I'm looking for a match that's as exact as possible.

And besides that,i would like to know if there is a software version of it, or a software synth that can do similar stuff. I already have korg wavestation and the juno-60 emulator, but they didnt quite satisfy my needs yet.

I really hope you guys can help me out, thanks in advance

Simon.

For Happy Children I would have to say Jupiter 8 because that's the synth that he is playing in the video? But I could almost say Juno 106 since the brass line sounds just like factory patch A11 with a slightly longer attack. And factory patch A75 sounds just like the bell sound and plays harmonies in the song.

For Dream that I'm not sure, maybe Juno 60/106 or even Jupiter 8.
