Re: JP-8000 Editor/Librarian
Do you mean individual sounds/patches rather than a bulk dump of all patches & performances?
I havent done that in a while with mine but I believe I used WinJPLib

Re: JP-8000 Editor/Librarian
thanks, i use that site for my XP-80 all the time and must have missed it :p
but now im having a problem with edit patches, i was messing with the feedback lead, i will save both the lower and upper parts in A11 and A12 in the user patch bank, then i save performance and everything works nicely, but then i will turn it off and turn it back on and there gone and replaced with the preset bass sounds.
but when i open up a librarian and the winjplib it shows the two patches i saved (at least the names of them) but there the preset feedback lead layers....not the ones i edited.

Re: JP-8000 Editor/Librarian
I'm not able to get to mine until the weekend unfortunately.
Is it saving plain user created patches correctly with no midi connected? (not performances)
One annoying thing you will find is it always reverts to the chariots Perf. preset when you switch it off then on, you can change that I think by holding shift & setup and choosing "last set"
