How can you if there are multiple voices on one PCB? The OBX has separate cards for each voice so you could swap them.radek tymecki wrote:yes you can. i own ob8 and owned ob-xahfinn wrote:You can't on an OB-8.radek tymecki wrote:Also. You can switch cards and see if they're really faulty!

one other observation here i cant seem to figure out... the manual says it has 3 lfo's, but it seems only obvious that there is one on the mod section and one near the bender. if there are 2 in the mod section, how do you change the speed of both seperately???

It's counting the one that is dedicated for Pulse width modulation. Notice it has a seoerate depth knob.

Yea you must be right sir. Thanks for the reply. In page 2 there are some lfo options like offsetting the phase and lfo envelope, so i guess they count this as 2 lfo's. I wish it worked like 2 seperate rates.hfinn wrote:It's counting the one that is dedicated for Pulse width modulation. Notice it has a seoerate depth knob.

Negative hfinn.. you are correct in that there's two LFOs on the main panel, but one controls voices 1-4 and the other controls voices 5-8. There isn't a separate LFO for PWM as you describe.

I was just trying to interpret the way the manual wrote it. I don't have one in front of me. So you must have to set it up through page 2?Leeroy Jenkins wrote:Negative hfinn.. you are correct in that there's two LFOs on the main panel, but one controls voices 1-4 and the other controls voices 5-8.
