a pointy metal screw about the same diametre of the RCA pin, a turn or two into the pin's center and pull gently

i opened it up to check. i don't like the way these are put together, though and I'm not sure how much grubbing around in there I want to do.

If possible, replace the whole jack. They're not that expensive, and chances are, you'll probably bung up one of the contacts trying to fix it anyway.
Buy 2 replacement jacks, preferably not from Radio Shack. That'll save you a possible extra trip. :)
Hope it works...

i put my face right up on my TV and sucked out the pin from my Wii's a/v cable, after it came loose and broke off inside. not my finest hour, but it did the job.

you ever get it out, mome?
