oberheim matrix 1000

Post by muuzar » Sat May 08, 2010 4:19 am

quick question on how hard it is to assign midi CC's to parts in the matrix 1000, will I be able change them in real time/ send the data from a sequencer after recording the midi in?

it would be in real time.

If you're not 100% sure (I know i'm not) that the 1000 doesn't use sysex, it may be worth double checking. that will affect which controllers or programs you can use with it.

Oops... except for modwheel.
Seeing as you can route most paramters to it... you can get a lot done with what you're thinking...

That's a shame the Matrix 1000 seems so cryptic. Never hear much about this, but have heard from many that it has a nice sound. I bet there is a software editor, maybe like Soundquest, that has an editor.
