Hi,
Im looking for a replacement waveform select potentiometer for the Roland system 100 (not 100M) 101 keyboard and wondered if anyone here has any advice or could recommend anywhere for parts.
Also, if anyone has any experience in opening up and repairing a system 100 101 keyboard and would be willing to share their advice i would love to hear it.
many thanks :)

Is it a pot or a rotary switch for that setting?

Can you take a photo of the part you require as i might have one

Hi Snod donkey,
Many thanks for the reply, Ive not opened up the 101 to take a picture but yeah ... late night mistake, the waveform select is a rotary switch and not a pot :) In the service manual it says it is:
Rotary Switch ESR-E124K 202 (001-055)
Im not sure if thats helps clarify at all, I will take a picture after i open it up and PM you.
Many thanks again for your time.

Hi,
I finally got time to open up the system 100 101 Keyboard, quite a nest of wires inside, and interestingly something on the board says "S/H" if only that was a hidden sample and hold circuit tucked away in there ;)
Anyway,,...
Here are a couple of images of the part I'm looking for.
