Off the top of my head.

-Put Seq1/Seq2 switch to off position (centre)
-Switch Rec/Play to Record
-Switch Seq1/Seq2 to Seq1
-Hit four notes
-Switch Seq1/Se2 to off position
-Switch Rec/Play switch to Play position
-Switch Seq1/Seq2 to Seq1

It should play the notes you recorded.

Speed controlled by LFO/Clock frequency (yah, I know...)

Online manual links I just found

Arpeggiator
http://www.flatline.net/Projects/Audio/ ... Section1-5

Sequencer
http://www.flatline.net/Projects/Audio/ ... Section1-6

A few gems:

- inserting rests by switching from RECORD to PLAY, then back to RECORD.
- be sure to not exceed the 40-note capacity, or the sequence will be destroyed. When the 41st note or rest is entered, the first 40 notes are cleared. The bank then contains one note
