Actually looks like that is mine on that picture)) And BTW this CHD retrofit doesn't work on mine.

Looking at the Trident schematic, I see no voltage at the jack on the synth. A little searching shows the MS-01 pedal had a 9-volt battery inside that provides the CV. Try this: jumper a 10k linear pot across a 9-volt battery. Connect the NEG of the battery to the shield of a mono cable. Connect the wiper of the pot to the center conductor. Plug that in and see if that works. If so, rig that up inside a pedal chassis (with an off-on switch).
