What power supply for tr-707

Post by tryan225 » Wed Sep 12, 2012 7:19 am

I've been using a 9v i had sitting around but get a lot of tempo drift. Anyway, I was wondering what power supply works best with the 707 considering its "special needs" (12V DC 200 mA negative center)

Your local thrift store is probably bursting at the seams with adequate power supplies. Just check the polarity and the more mA the better!

Just make sure you buy a REGULATED power supply. In a small unit like the 707, you'll probably find that 500ma is easily enough to power it.
