Roland JV 1080 Crackling Analog
Whenever I play pulse pad, JP8haunting pad, Greek Power or sounds that sound like those, it gets crackly, almost like there is not enough polyphony, or its overloading...I don't know why? Is there something wrong with it? Seems like the Tripple-Tap-Delay is broken... causing the crackling... anyone experiencing this?!

Re: Roland JV 1080 Crackling Analog
i have this problem on one of my 1080's as well. sounds like one of the voices goes bad, and there's this huge sound of digital distortion. meanwhile if you keep the polyphony down it doesn't occur, plus, as you said, it's only on certain sounds.

yes, one of my 1080s does not have this problem. it is definitely a problem with the other unit.
