Hi.
I just found an old Roland CR 78 in my basement, i have forgotten everything about I even had one..
Can't even remember that I have ever owend one of these... hmm.. strange..
I turned the power on, everything works ok and it's in ok condition (2 x 1 mm rust spots on the front, thats it),
BUT!! it plays the snare drum every time a base, kick, hihat.. what ever playes.. ?? + the snare sounds strange..?
Anyone out there who can have an idea what might be wrong? The maschine have been in my basement in a box for at least 17 years, without being used.
Regard grentzmann...

The CR-78 suffers from the same battery leakage problem as the Polysix. Leaking electrolyte can do a lot of damage in 17 years...

I tryed to open it up, the battery is ok looking, no signs of a leak. I dont think is that.
I had the Polysix once, lovely mashine.
