Which genre do these tracks fall under?

I'm guessing they're considered gabber or hardcore techno?

First one sounds like 80's early 90s sampled s**t rave with a minimal gabber kick. Second one sounds more Gabberish, sometimes I heard refereed to as Happy Hardcore but that doesn't seem like it is very happy to me. Maybe Step-Core or maybe Festive-Uptempo-Core-Kicks-Euro-Rhythms aka F.U.C.K.E.R.

I am just making stuff up, I am not really sure #CoreRhythmsAmplifiedPancakes

Ha, in all honesty I was genuinely interested in learning which particular sub genre of edm the tacks I posted belonged to, since they're routinely semi-ironically posted on the other dying internet forum I belong to. I'm mainly an industrial, ebm, and synth pop guy so the whole rave scene is a bit of an unknown to me.
