It's not Jarre. It's way cheesier than anything he'd do. He always manages to just about skirt that line imho (and I know many who disagree lol). Someone just made the same noises and used classical harmony with no taste lol. Ya, that's what Jarre does, but he's got poetry. And really amazing session players :)

If it was Jarre, it was unfinished for a very good reason.

But it is not Jarre, but still, it should remain unfinished and unreleased -- it is even more dreadful than anything he has come up with in the past 20 years, and boy, has there been quite some dreadful stuff among it.
