I made a rainstorm/set of patches for the TX81z

Watch on youtube.com

I got a TX81z recently and had a blast using it to make sound effects. I made a whole patch library for the rainstorm effects, which you can get here (bit.ly/synstormTX1) or in the link in the YouTube description.

cheers

Honestly enjoyed the sound! You did great job here, as well as on other videos I've just checked on your youtube channel! Keep it up ;)

Cool! Now I'm curious: how do they work out in FM8? I don't have FM8 so I'm unable to test them there. Do the patches sound substantially different from the isolated ones in the video?

I don't have anything DX or FM, but I had to congratulate you on a job well done, both sonically and visually. My favourite scene is definitely the cat.

Maybe ask me again in a month when I have time to multitrack them with reverb like you have in the video :)
