Little Phatty only

Ok so I made this track using only the Moog Little Phatty with the exception of two tracks: Hi-hat and crash cymbal. Everything else is only the LP with very little processing. Some delay, reverb and compression on just a few of the 14 tracks that make up the song. This synth is just so easy to conjure up usable sounds! Please have a listen and tell me what you think.

Not really my style of music really but I actually liked this, and you got some really awesome sounds out the LP's rather basic architecture.

I'm gathering you multi-tracked for polyphony?

Oh and I

'd when I heard the Smoke on the Water riff out of nowhere.

Thanks! Mult-tracked? Nope, I have the only poly LP in the world.

Yeah, I wanted some kind of chord structure in there so I multitracked something simple. After I played that Deep Purple riff I though I should have based the song on that but the song was pretty much finished already so I just stuck one at the end.

good work, the LP is nice sounding like that. it even nicer that all synth sounds was just came from one synth.

might sound better with more effects processing on some parts, but nice work for one synth

Thanks for responding guys. I was going kind of easy on the effects on this track because I wanted as much "LP only" as possible. Maybe I'll go back and add some stuff and repost. Kind of busy with another track right now so it may be awhile. Hey as far as more effects processing, any suggestions? Sometimes I get stuck on the basic, reverb, delay thing.
