my e.p. is done! :)

Post by West_Berliner » Tue Jan 20, 2009 8:27 pm

so after years of trying (and in the process, starting over a few times), i've finally finished my e.p.
there's lots of nord modular and nord lead 2, with some virus C as well (I got it when i was getting close to finishing the ep, so there isn't as much of it as there is the other synths). No machinedrum as I just got it, but i think i'll have more than enough time to use that in the future :D

you can stream it high quality for free, or buy the whole thing for $5 (or individual songs for $0.99)

let me know what you think! :)
thanks!

It's very good. I really liked it (and will buy it).
Thanks for this.

Fantastic! Those tracks flowed. It felt as though it was one song without being long or boring. Thanks for sharing. :)

thank you! there is some nord percussion, mostly the very modular sounding stuff. most of the drum programming is either in Reason or Ultrabeat in Logic. any particular track that you are thinking of?

thanks a lot! I intended for it to feel that way. it's funny how a bunch of tracks written over a period of 2 years can flow so well.
thanks for listening!

This is great. Some agressive sounding stuff in there but it's covered by very calm and mature songwriting. It's like the weird child of Sigur Ros, Mum and NIN. Thanks for this!

khmer has no nord modular at all from what i remember (i'd have to check the multitrack)
prenzlauerberg has a bit i believe, but the drums on it are Waldorf Attack i think..... (again i'd have to check to make sure)

novielo, when the drums come in on "all i can", the electronic noise drums are nord modular :)
