Hall of a Hero

Post by Shleed » Mon Jul 30, 2012 6:22 pm

Short song I made out of boredom. Somehow boredom adds some funk to songs. First song I didn't rely on quantising to fix my f**k ups while improvising melodies.

Synths Used:

Waldorf Blofeld
MFB Synth II
Doepfer A100

Sequenced in FL Studio with a couple of VSTis (FM8 and uTonic for Drums and other percussive sounds).

The blippy part is uTonic (unless you mean the other part later on, that's the FM8). The lead is the A100. :D

Cool, that lead was soooo good! It came in and it practically gave me goosebumps!

I thought the blippy part that comes in towards the end of the intro was the modular as it reminded me a lot of the blippy modular sequences Moroder used all the time.

Nice stuff. I really dig the tunes you are doing lately. Keep 'em coming.
