I've been enjoying listening to these songs you've been posting.
Great whacky sense of humor and your music is just as fun.
A little different than my regular progfare I enjoy, but still good stuff.
I must warn you however, I have the feeling the phrase "I can see Uranus from here" will be stuck looping in my head throughout the day.
Should this occur, I will be back for revenge...be afraid, be very afraid.

Re: New single - "I can see Uranus from here"
This song has been removing my brain cells ever since the day I started writing it, and now it won't stop
Glad you liked it, and thought it was silly. In my part of the world (Australia) the music scene is very serious - a great many alternative bands/artists are writing very earnest, gut wrenching, soul bleeding songs that make you crawl inside yourself and gnash on your innards. Good on them. We just don't seem to be able to do it, it's not in us. With so many serious/bad/heart-wrenching things going on in the world, we figure maybe somebody needs a band that will make them laugh. The world needs more clowns.
Or something like that.
The problem is, nobody seems to take non-serious bands non-seriously

Erm... in the Introduction on But Sir, They Stinketh! - which I listened to in the car just yesterday -, Turbo Girl says 'Greetings from Uranus!'. You're now adding an entirely new angle to that phrasegmeredith wrote:A BBQ stargazing party is shocked at what they see through their telescope after it gets bumped by a small dog and points at the neighbour's bedroom window.

Yes, our songs sometimes have these little "connects" to other songs we've done...subliminal programming of the masses for our planned world domination (oops, did I just say that out loud???)
