Looking for: Sequential Circuits Prophet 600
-Working, semi-working, or busted; doesn't matter to me!
For Trade: Akai MPC2000XL and/or Alesis Micron
-The MPC2000XL works perfectly, and has been pretty well looked after for being 14 years old. It has had the memory expanded to 32MB, and the floppy drive still works perfectly. Only problem is the screen has a few dead lines, but is still easily read. I can get pictures if you're concerned.
-The Micron works perfectly, and looks it too; no concerns.
Like I said, doesn't matter the condition of the Prophet600, so let me know. I'll consider other offers, but realistically I'm only looking for a p600. Thanks!

Re: Gear Trading Thread
I've got a Roland SH2 in good shape that I'm looking to trade. Would trade for a good condition Juno 60 or a Korg Polysix with Midi. Also would trade for a DSI MEK. I'm in the greater Chicago area (Kenosha, Wi).

Re: Gear Trading Thread
*** Canadians only, sorry. I can't stand the amount of paperwork when sending expensive electronic gear down south. ***
I want to trade my 1978 Korg VC-10 vocoder. It has one chipped key (only underneath the key), that does not affect performance. I have pics if necessary.
*** Please note I no longer have the gooseneck mic. You can use any gooseneck mic (they're cheap), or you can get one from Korg (the new ones work). ***
I paid 1,250 for it a few months ago, and would like to trade for a synth by the following companies: Sequential, Oberheim, Moog, Access, Korg MS-10.
No Roland, DSI or Yamaha, please.

Re: Gear Trading Thread
located in NC, US
Have:
NEWLY ADDED:
Virus TI desktop - No wood ends; great shape, i'll need a really good trade for this one (ON HOLD)
Korg ESX-1 with upgraded tubes (on the fence about this one)
Samson 10 channel mixer
Yamaha PSS480 - FM synth w/ midi and mini keys, ONLY works with batteries, no AC adapter.
Casio MT240 circuit bend w/ RCA modular patching - glitch madness
Stylophone, the newer kind
Most of these besides ESX are fairly low value, i'd gladly combine several on a trade + cash.
Want:
Roland JV expansion cards (not hip hop or techno, well maybe if you don't want much
)
Weird Effects - Alesis AirFX, Bitcrushers, ?
DIY type synth - music from outerspace, shruthi, meeblip, etc
1/2 rack synth or small desktop synth stuff
For the TI: I dunno, maybe something elektron? spectralis?
Try me, I'm always trading stuff and looking for new gadgets
