Where is my $200? Are you ever going to refund my money from the shipping claim you said was refunded to your "business?"

I'm sure this will be deleted because he's a mod but RIGHT NOW I HAVE HOVE NO DX7 AND AM OUT $200. MAJOR FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE, DOES NOT READ PRIVATE MESSAGES AFTER BACK AND FORTH FOR OVER 4 MONTHS!!!!!!

Long story short:

I bought a DX7 4 months ago. It was poorly packaged, he used packing peanuts and it arrived damaged, broken end cheeks and shotty volume slider. Sent it back, filed a claim, had to fight tooth and nail to get UPS to refunded HIM my $200. UPS refunded him the $200. Ignores my PMs after he said it was refunded back to his "company." Refund happened weeks ago. WHERE IS MY $200??

Settle down. While no one wants to feel like a transaction is going bad, I can vouch for a lot more than $200 in sales with Space6oy. He's got a thread posted about dealing with some unexpected health emergencies. I'd suggest emailing him and waiting for him to reply.

Good suggestion but how long would you say is reasonable/unreasonable? I've been waiting almost half a year for a refund and now weeks without a response or explanation. I've done everything short of BEGGING for MY money to be returned to me. In the last email I got from him, after threatening to report him to PayPal, he delightfully informed me that I could not file claim against him. And he's absolutely right!!! It's gone so long that it's past the grace period PayPal allows for claims!! Well played space6oy, spit in my eye to boot!!
