Oh, god, that IS a high price. Sure, you don't see them on a regular basis but I know a dealer that just sold one for $800.

On a similar note, does anyone find it odd that the SCI Prophet 600 is going for $1000 on Ebay these days? What's up with that?

I mean, I picked up mine (then sold it) roughly 4 years ago for $400.

I saw that and was tempted alas it is over somebody got it. Or did he relist it????

Does the 2600 have a power supply? I didn't see one listed with this sale. Nor schematics, manuals I would needed to build it. MINUS: 4027 VCOs. PLUS: Moog Ladder Filter.

Also, another unrelated sale. the story on this is more interesting than the actual item.

$545 BIN total is the cheapest i've seen one go for in the past couple years. i even sold one with issues for more.

http://kansascity.craigslist.org/msg/1202038018.html KORG PA 800 for 950.00 is a load of hogwash this thing is a scam, smelt a red herring with the outtawhack pictures, and hunch paid off when checked LA's Craigslist and its the same thing, flag this when you guys get a chance, because this c**p is getting outta hand, and scammers just make the legit folks even more shakey to deal with on CL especially around here.

Arargrgrgrhh just lost out on these, tried to bid on the second one but my router went out at the worst possible time. I really want a 303 voice and some MIDI to CV, too :(

If the dude just ends up flipping them I'm going to be quite ..disgruntled.
