Redsound Darkstar not powering up completely

so randomly i go to hook up the old darkstar, normally when you turn these on it goes thru a sequence of lights across the entire thing, now it only goes thru like a third of the lights and makes no sound what so ever, any suggestions besides hang it on the wall for deco?

External wall-wart power supply on that one, isn't it?

Sounds power-supply related to me - just a hunch.
