a great track. Warm and very ''analog''!

GREAT CHOON....exactly what im into at present....some early chicago undertones....
its too easy to over do these sort of tracks and change the vibe into disco.
i would have had an extra string build up or break down, in the middle, nothing complex, to make the track more memorable.
easy on the ear though....and fantastic production.

Love this. Do you have more tunes like this? The subtle sample of the group vocals or whatever adds so much mood...its really really good.

Thanks.
We did another one after this that I think is stronger with a better mix, but I was asked to take it down in case someone decide they want to put it out. We're working on another one now.
I have some older stuff that is like this stuff in a way which can be found here:

We have also been working some synthpop stuff that I hope we can put up soon. It's just hard to finish that kind of stuff where as I think we both like to keep the dance stuff raw. But maybe we'll start taking that approach to everything. It's worked at least twice in a row.

The other song got a lot of plays from this thread, I think, so here's another one we did:

This one was a Yamaha A3000, Korg ES-1, Korg Lambda, Korg Mono/Poly, Yamaha DX9, Roland TR-606, and computer for some effects.

"Stay" was a lot of fun to write. I'm playing the bass and the hihats. Vocals/Viola by Lauren O'Janpa.
