C'mon supermel, be polite
Bob, say hi to Bad Mister for me.

Bob, say hi to Bad Mister for me.
I listened to Hatfield and the North at Rainbow. They were very wonderful and they made my heart a prisoner.

Pass on our regards to the guys who signed off on giving Dave Smith his company name back. Also, tell your development guys to look into doing analog and FM synths again.

Re: Greetings From Yamaha USA Pro Music Customer Support
Maybe Yamaha is now busy fathoming what people really want (hey, they'd be the last to jump the bandwagon)
.
I'd be very happy with a re-run of custom ICs for the CS polyphonics, and something in the class of a DX-1/GS-1 would also be appreciated, thanks.
Waving enthusiastically,
Stephen

I'm sorry, but I think you're in the wrong forum.
http://forums.musicplayer.com/ubbthread ... /18/page/1
here you go, it's got plenty of sad, bitter old men that play in classic rock cover bands and/or jazz combos.
either way, they haven't added any new material to their repertoires in 40 years, and they love your products.
however, if you could just pull your collective heads out of your collective asses, try engineering a CS-50/60/80 reissue that doesn't give me a %$#@! hernia.

Even the bitter old jazzers and rockers are wondering about Yamaha's next step: http://forums.musicplayer.com/ubbthread ... ost2680726yorgatron wrote:I'm sorry, but I think you're in the wrong forum.

Then it goes back to Motif Land.

Aside from wanting Yamaha to re-enter analog synth land, this is also a great idea for combining the best of Yamaha's digital synth technologies:

I like the part of informing a bunch of seasoned synth owners where they should go for support questions.
I feel like I just had bad sex and didn't even get a smoke afterwards.
