How about a PS3100 reissue? A 3000 unit run would be several times the number of the originals.

Full-sized Oddy seems about right, just like they did with the MS-20. Then later after the limited edition one has sold out use the same boards for a bigger desktop version.

I'm sure they will be using something that has already been developed, i. e. Odyssey in a bigger format.
2600 or 3300 would be desirable but unlikely.

Oh... well that tells us nothing.
I dunno, I'd like to see a Mono/Poly. 2600 would also be nice, or the ARP sequencer would also be a great choice. The PS whatever doesn't interest me at all, crappy string synth sounds for stupid money.

They already have the minikorg filter in the Volca keys, so that could be another option. The PS synths used that filter too.

Desktop Oddy with some patch points (quasi-2600) would be pretty cool.

Re: Korg Might Be Up To Something.
The only problem with the 2600/moddy-Oddy idea is that if they don't keep the price down there's precious little it would offer that the TTSH doesn't already.

...other than having to DIY a complete TTSH together. Many folks don't want to buy wicked-expensive PCBs and Panels, build up the whole thing, calibrate, test and case up. It's not a simple build.commodorejohn wrote:The only problem with the 2600/moddy-Oddy idea is that if they don't keep the price down there's precious little it would offer that the TTSH doesn't already.
I'm willing to bet it's going to be similar to the full-size MS-20 kit. A 'kit' where all you need to do is torque down a few screws, push in a few ribbon cables and Bob's your uncle.

Re: Korg Might Be Up To Something.
Duhhh isn't it obvious?
Re-issue Korg M1 minis with ant sized keys for ants and a cut down feature set over the originals but now with a USB port that's bigger than the synth so needs a break out cable
