The Cars "Let's Go" Brass sound
I'm trying to replicate the synth brass sound that Greg Hawkes used in Let's Go ... not the sync sound, I've got that. It's the synth brass sound in the 2nd verse during "She's running them down .. like a clock machine .." and is played during other verses as well. I've gotten close but not spot on. Help please, thanks!

Sounds like the strings sound on the ARP Omni to me.

Great thanks! Yeah wasn't sure if it was a modified brass sound, but you're right ... strings for sure. Thanks!
