Help on Kawai K4

I am new at synths and just got a Kawai K-4, works OK except 2 keys don't seem to function very well. You have to press down very hard almost hit it to have it respond. Is there a simple fix for this? Thanks for any help,

you could try cleaning the key contacts, if you open it up and have a look you should find some copper/metal contacts under each key and then you can compare the non working ones to the rest of them. could well be dust or something in there.

Thanks, Is it a relatively simple to task to get access to the keys to check contacts or is there anything special I should know about before attempting this?

just open it up. kawais are pretty spacious and easy to tool around in.
