A3000 prices.
Has anyone got any idea how much a fully expanded Yamaha A3000 is worth thease days? Its a V2 with internal hard drive, optional output card and SCSI card. Its also maxed out on the memory with all the card slots full to capacity!
Thoughts appreciated!

Macbook specs for Protools LE and Mbox 2.
Finally my hardware saga is nearly over, but the final question is...
Would a Macbook white, 2.0 Ghz, 4GB ram, 120gb HD + External 1TB HD be fine for running Protools LE with an Mbox 2?
Your thoughts and opinions please!?
Thanks, your advise is very much appreciated!

Re: switch from hardware to software, advice needed!
Ok, would I be right in thinking that if I get a white macbook 2.0, and upgrade the RAM to 4GB + add an external hard drive (Probably 1TB) to the standard 120GB, this would be fine for running say Pro Tools LE with Mbox 2?

Yamaha A3000 Disk Problems
Hi all, I have a Yamaha A3000 with the internal hard drive fitted, this started to cause problems when the A3000 failed to load from it. I have since moved from that to an external Zip drive which worked fine, but now the same problem. I have also used the floppy drive aswel but again sometimes it w...

Hi there,
Are the outputs on the A3000 Balanced, I think not, but can anyone shed some light on this? I do have the output expansion board, not sure if thats any different from the main outs.
Cheers,
Brad.
