The OS disk for VFX-SD is for free on the e-mu site:

It's a floppy image in EDV format so you'll need Giebler's Ensoniq Disk Extractor (EDE) working in pure DOS to write it on the floppy.

You forgot to mention about CS15D

You'll find it in the "files" section of Yahoo's Crumar group.
