Just want to share with you my enthusiasm for the va synth included in the new akai mpc 5000:guys,it's a bomb!!!! it sounds warm,lush,fat...in one word amazing....plus its interface(knobs and fader) it's really intuitive and easy to use. plus 80 gigs of internal hd,tons of sounds and the usual amazi...

...and i forget to mention the fact that the fx speed/intensity knob doesn't work properly...it seems that if i place this knob to the value of 10(the maximum) the fx are off but if i place it below 5 something strange happens,like a ring modulator plus an envelope controller(the note keep increase ...

fact is i don't know where is the battery...is it worth to open the synth myself,without any technician around?

i'm really disappointed... i went to the shop where i bought the voyager just a year and a half ago,to make it evaluate to change it with the virus or the prophet and they offer me a mere 900 euros... i paid the moog 1970 euros brand new...more than 1070 of pure devaluation...i felt offended by that...
