For one, a burn on the keys puts a damper on the value of the synth or gear. Equipment smelling like tobacco or weed ...

I think it is Ubies Studio that is the problem. I got Jack to link up with Zynn and the midi trigger is just bad. So I DL S64 live cd and I am damn impressed. After getting the sound debug and going. It works like a champ. There are soft synths that I could not get working with Ubie and works fine w...

I think it is Ubies Studio causing problems. Jackd is not working 100%, however I can make the link from the midisport to Zyn. Yet, the delay trigger is really bad and endless looping. I tested out Studio 64, if I can get sound to work with my SB live. I'll be set. I ran the live CD of S64 and looks...

Hammer head is lots of fun to play with and free all the way.

I went and got a Midisport Uno and got it working just fine running Ubuntu Linux O/S. Ya Linux! Any ways, I cannot seem to get Zyn to trigger. I can get it to trigger if I have Rosegarden running, but the trigger speed is poor and it the sound will loop. I would like to by pass Rosegarden and just p...
