Re: Synth sellers will soon need to drop their prices.
Secondhand values are dictated by whatever people are prepared to pay at the time.Economics as a whole don't really have much effect on secondhand goods prices that much its normally the demand that changes, especially with Musical gear, seondhand stuff tends to become more popular when the prices of ...

Nords are the Marmite of the synth world,You either love em or hate em,but either way you can't deny they've probably been one of the most successful selling new breed of VA,and part of the reason is for the way in which you can interact with it,no fuss and no clutter or menus to dig into,everything...

Re: My adventure with JP-8000
The Build Quality of the JP8K is really Poor,I've owned 2 synth models, both second owner and the Pots were either erractic or they would alter other random parameters, one of the models I had the Volume knob seemed to alter the cutoff of the filter and osc tuning parameters. Trouble is a synth like t...

Re: why don't synth manufacturers just make the old synth?
As they say "The future is influenced by the past" I'm all for the Moog Voyagers or Prophet 8's,up to date reliability coupled with real Analog synthesis, but how many times can you keep reinventing the wheel. These instruments may sound and look nice but its basically covering the same ground over a...
