Prophet 5 sounds better and has a lot more proven sound, and respect/historical significance. The Jupiter 6 has a quirky, often unlikable tone with a nice look and interface.

SH-2 over Sh-101 (owned both) JX-3P kiwi modded over 8P or mks70 (owned all hate the later JX sound and filter) OB-6 if you get enough cash from selling it all. To answer my own question, I'm 99% sure the rhythmic d-a-d part is the Prophet 5 as I emulated it nigh on perfectly on my Prophet 6. It just has that 'sound', kinda metallic when it needs to be.
