nah man i dont use any type of interface. i use straight record out of my mpc into the line in jack on my computer. primitave but effective. its recording beats just as it should now. ive had audition for about 3 years and the first 2 years i had it it just sat there. i love it now. its a great prog...

a regular midi keyboard controller has no internal sounds. you can use it to control computer programs or other sound modules. however, most keyboards today, with internal sounds, have midi ports, so you can use it stand alone, or as a controller.

Hmm.. maybe you're mixing levels are not correct. You can record in 16bit or whatever and have something great sounding, but check your mixing settings. For instance, on my Audition 1.5 in the bottom right corner it says "44100 32-bit Mixing". Perhaps yours is set at something lower. it worked...it...

hmmmm, never thought of that, however, i dont know if it will change anything because im having the same problem in all recoding programs. on windows recording mixer line in/mic are set at aprox 85%. sometimes i get a strange delay aswell.

yo im new to this fourm here even though ive been collecting samplers and midi gear since 98. heres myspace, and the record label im on. like i said, im new to this message board stuff, but not beats and sounds. if can help out any way hit me up......especially with mpc 2000,1000, and 2500. myspace....

i didnt want to post a whole forum about this, but this post is simmilar. im using mpc 2500 recorded w/ adobe audition 1.5 0n win xp. when it playing through the pc and while, im recording everything sounds crisp and perfect. the wave file levels are perfectly being recorded and they look healthy. t...

do the ghetto way.....use your dj mixer to filter out everything but the vocls. mess with thehi mid and low knobs untill you get straight vocals
