Actually, maybe I don't need any of those cartridges. I have no idea. Please help me.

I have a dx-100 (it can't save any edited patches onboard) and was wondering how to go about saving them. I realize I need to purchase a Ram or Rom cartridge (not sure which so please help me out on that) and where do I go from there...
