Hello, My friend's Prophet 600 control panel suddenly stops to work properly: all knobs don't respond to control any more. Hello,
CSQ 600 hasn't got a midi port.
The single 5 pin din port it has, is a sync out port (Roland pre-midi system)
It is a system to connect other Roland drum machines or step synths sequencer ( mc-202/ tb 303) of the first half of 80s.
It trasmits only tempo and start/stop messages. No note.

Hello to everyone, this my first post! :) I bought a Roland SH 09 in December. It's a very cool instrument! I need suggestions about how to use to control it by cv/gate. I don't mean a simple midi/cv-gate converter, but a more usefull "hardware sequencer" or a sort of... I'd like not to buy another ...
