Re: Shipping Boxes for Keyboards
Kinkos in the US sells some heavy duty boxes for shipping that take a few min to put together. Some of them are the perfect size for synths.

Re: Can MPC 2000 play 2000XL Disks ?
2000XL can read everything that was done on a 2000. The 2000xl can read pc formatted for easy importing of *.Wav files, once saved they change to *.snd and then possibly can be reloaded on the 2000. I went 2000 to 2000xl forward, and until recently never used a 2000 but I picked it up cheap and pull...

Re: Optical audio out from mixer
Does your mixer output adat (8 channel) or Spdif (2channel) or is it switchable as those are both optical and use the same connectors. Most 18 channel (PCI or Firewire) input devices have a Adat port, so Digi001-3, Firebox,etc.. etc.. You can send into the computer from the mixer and send back to yo...

Re: Esi-32: compatible with Esi2000?
One other issue is that the ESI32 without the OS upgrades don't have some of the feature set of the ESI4000 and the repackaged ESI 2000. I can't tell you what they are, just that there is some features that are not in older ESI-32 OS. I know that it was some of the added features found in the newer ...
