To answer your question. No, you can't control the Minituar with the TII foot pedal. It's the way the TII foot pedal is made, Ive experimented with a Slim Phatty. Did not work, then I looked at the schematics sheet for the TII and it looked like the Modulation and LFO circuitry is in the foot pedal....

I have one as well and I don't see what the fuss is about the TII, it is a exquisite synt! If it's in great shape and you have the original overlays, shematics/ manual and bag etc. I would say 1,000 - 1,200 is a fair price before shipping. Hope I helped!
