I'd try disconnecting as many (all) of the daughter PCBs as I could and see if it seems any more stable. I wouldn't expect that to work, but it will at least confirm that the mainboard is indeed the culprit. If it actually stabilizes, connect each daughter card back in one-by-one and when it flakes...

Most I'd pay is $200. Then buy the KiwiSix kit and replace the original mainboard which might have battery damage with the Kiwi's board.
