i do know how to do automations :) just normally you find all the automatable fx in arrengment view per channel, (and you can automate in session view) but i do not seem to get any options for my basssation to automate, or do i have to manually input all the fx and knobs to control it trough my pc? ...

Read the manual p.21, it describes all the available MIDI CCs for each control. If you move any controls while recording into Live the transmitted MIDI messages will be recorded.
