Another question - does anyone know whether the PCM or PROG slot memory cards possess a battery? There are two types of cards, ROM cards do not need batteries and RAM cards do. Another question - does anyone know whether the PCM or PROG slot memory cards possess a battery? I've been told that cards for the Korg Prophecy do contain a battery, so wondered if it was the same for Wavestation cards, especially as one of my five is no longer working.

Thanks, that is extremely helpful. Nothing on Reverb at the moment, but looking at how much Wavestations have NOT been going for on ebay recently, I suspect I'll end up listing it with confirmed issues and see how my luck is.
