The background noises come from recording with a 10 year old 266MHz laptop with microphone input. It also records fan & hard-disk noises and all the other stuff going on inside as an accompaniment. MS-10 doesn't have much anything, I think. They're both great for basses, but rogue can do just a little more. I would keep the one with two syncable oscillators.

Please get acquainted with music theory first. Then learn something about synthesizers and audio. Otherwise you will have problems. You probably won't get very far by not knowing what you're doing with the hardware and it will be just a waste of money.

I don't know if any synth uses them, but some devices with memory have a large capacitor (even up to 5 farads) instead of a battery.
