I can never tell when you are serious with some of the things you post.
This one feels like trolling or you are waiting to be smacked in the head with a list of LEGENDARY roland VAs.

Re: New Elektron Machine
I don't get that über-successful but still MORE SUCCESSFUL with pads? And without them we have an 8 part analog drum machine that doesn't sample and the only real-time hits are done off those hard round pills? Which locks us into programming and makes this nothing more than an analog 4 x 2. Sell me ...

Re: New stuff from Roland!
I'm assuming it's a typo of some kind. And on another note, why is VSE spending so much time worrying about the GS forum? The last 7 days has seen numerous references to their forum. Not sure if it's all you, but damn it's a lot. I don't get it. Do you/we/anyone LIKE them and consider them some kind...

Re: New Elektron Machine
If I had to guess, I'd say it was a right-handed thing and they expect you to 'work like them' and bang the pads a little but mostly twist and turn knobs as your main operation thing. I see that busy right side and rightfully realize that's where most of my concentration will be. I said some time be...

Re: BreakTweaker: Future Beat Machine
Wow, you really hate electron, huh? This is the second comment about how c**p they are in like a day or two... Actually no. I dug the look and some of the ideas like the keyboard slapped on the side of the drum machine. For me and ME PERSONALLY. I felt like the sound of their original boxes wasn't ...

Re: BreakTweaker: Future Beat Machine
And it's funny cause this is basically THE SAME Elektron box in software and it's corny. It's the sample layer and the synthesis engine..... Plus the grain.... distortion effects... Sweepable waves..... off-beat rhythms... Multiple outs..... Like I couldn't make the same old, same old beats/music in...

"This is actually everything I've ever wanted in a drum machine."
Griffin Avid agrees and goes searching for a fitting quote he stated earlier in this thread.
While turning back pages, he finds he already quoted himself on page 6.
Wonders if he should Quote his Quote...again.

Re: NAMM 2014 thread of broken dreams
Are the main announcements over? Am I missing something? Seems like a weak I wish there was someone properly covering the event. And actually showing what's there. You can't just go and go..."I'll cover the stuff we've already been teased about" I'm hoping it's just everyone trying to keep up with ...

Re: M-Audio Trigger Finger Pro has a MIDI step sequencer
Oh wow. That is now super ace. Which is wild, since it feels like all these products are coming out too late. :( I mean, I got a bunch of stuff already.... THIS was needed when NI had Battery as their main drum thingy. Oh I wish I had something proper to trigger it back then. And the VST (2 of them)...

Re: M-Audio Trigger Finger Pro has a MIDI step sequencer
I've watched both videos and I'm still confused.... So there's NO SEQUENCER on board, but instead it...does what with the 16 steps? Each one is a particular key/note? Or is it for controlling the sequencer of THEIR wrapper/shell/vst/bridge program? I see the transport controls so I figure it's to st...

Re: New stuff from Roland!
The Gaia? You think a company who came up with a piece of c**p like that can oust Elektron in the rhythm department? Firstly, Elekton isn't tops anywhere in that area besides in the passionate minds of their devoted user base. Secondly, you guys need to make up your mind. If you use this forum's se...
