Re: Arturia MiniBrute - analog monosynth
I'll be getting one of these. Aside from being a really inspiring little synth, the CV is also going to be very useful to me. I'm currently building a custom MeeBlip that has a CV input and multiple attenuation knobs for all 8 knobs. It looks like it could be a really interesting pairing.

Re: Best Synth Programming Interface Ever?
I like my Octave Kitten. It beats out any other analog I've used, and of course anything with a screen. It's very spacious, and instantaneous.

Re: Interesting examples of ring modulation?
What about the Mini Korg 700s? It has three (I think) settings of ring modulation. From the demo videos I've listened to, it seems to be fairly pleasing and musical. They're all pretty interesting. Whats particularly nice is that VCO1 can be pitch modulated by the vibrato, but VCO2 isn't modulated ...

Re: cz3000
I've heard of the Ra3 card battery going dead as well. Also try keeping the D batteries in the synth.

Re: Building your own keyboard carrying case?
I built a case for my Yamaha Cs5 a few years ago. I used 1/4'' plywood, which seemed plenty strong enough. I ended up lining the inside with foam and tacking purple velvet over that :) . The biggest problem I had was attaching the hinges and handle. The screws that came with those parts were too lon...

Re: How to use Harware Synth Sounds with FL Studio?
Insert a "Midi Out" instrument channel. Set it to the proper channel of the hardware synth. Give it some piano roll notes.

Re: Juno 106... good or bad?
The Juno 6/60/106. They look way better than they sound. Very difficult to get interesting sounds out of any of them. Modulation is worthless, aside from a pleasant vibrato. The 60/106 have patch memory, but they're so simplistic I never really saved anything. Go ahead and waste your money on them.
